With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and telehealth, I approach patient care with calm, clarity, and compassion. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and former Emergency Room RN, I’ve worked in high-pressure environments where quick thinking and steady hands save lives. I now combine that critical care expertise with a whole-person approach, supporting patients through both acute needs and long-term wellness goals.
Outside of work, I’m a mother to a college student and someone who finds joy in reading, cooking, and exploring new places. These parts of my life help me connect with patients on a human level. I believe healthcare should be grounded in trust, respect, and the belief that every person deserves to feel heard and supported on their path to better health.
