I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner with a background in primary care and a strong passion for preventive health. I started my career in family medicine, where I focused on early intervention and patient education, two things I believe are essential for long-term wellness.
I grew up in a small city in central California, where many of our trusted medical providers were nurse practitioners and physician assistants. That experience inspired me to pursue nursing as a way to give back and make a difference in my community. As a bilingual provider, I’m proud to offer care in both English and Spanish, helping to make healthcare more accessible and personal.
I believe prevention is the most powerful tool we have in medicine. Whether it’s through regular conversations or personalized treatment plans, I’m here to support my patients in taking charge of their health. I’m especially excited about the reach and flexibility that telemedicine offers; it enables me to support more individuals in taking proactive steps toward better health, as a true partner in their journey.
When I’m not working, I love to travel and spend time with my two French Bulldogs, Bolt and Dash.

I’m LaToya West, DNP, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. I earned my Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a commitment to improving access, trust, and personalized attention in every patient encounter. I have a deep passion for wellness and believe that healthcare should feel approachable, empowering, and rooted in respect.
Currently, I’m honored to support individuals on their health journeys through telehealth, with a primary focus on weight management and lifestyle transformation. I’m excited to be part of a forward-thinking team that’s actively expanding into new areas of wellness and care.
Outside of my work, I’m a proud wife and mother who finds joy in the simple things that keep me grounded—like spending quality time with my family, discovering new places to eat, catching flights (and sometimes fish!), and vibing to classic ’80s and ’90s R&B. I’m also passionate about personal growth and creating space for others to feel seen, supported, and inspired to become their healthiest selves.

With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and telehealth, I approach patient care with calm, clarity, and compassion. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and former Emergency Room RN, I’ve worked in high-pressure environments where quick thinking and steady hands save lives. I now combine that critical care expertise with a whole-person approach, supporting patients through both acute needs and long-term wellness goals.
Outside of work, I’m a mother to a college student and someone who finds joy in reading, cooking, and exploring new places. These parts of my life help me connect with patients on a human level. I believe healthcare should be grounded in trust, respect, and the belief that every person deserves to feel heard and supported on their path to better health.
